Replacement and Return Process 

Receiving the Replacement: 

  • J&A USA INC. will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. 
  • The replacement product will be shipped to the address on record for the original purchase. 

Packaging the Defective Product: 

  • Once you receive the replacement product, use the same packaging to return the defective item. 
  • Ensure that the defective product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. 

Return Shipment: 

  • J&A USA INC. will provide you with a Bill of Lading (BOL) for the return shipment of the defective product. 
  • Contact J&A USA INC. customer service to confirm that the defective product is ready for pickup. 
  • Follow the instructions provided by J&A USA INC. for scheduling the pickup. 
  • Failure to confirm the pickup within 10 business days after receiving the replacement may result in additional charges.

  • Adherence to Procedures: Ensure that all procedures outlined above are followed correctly to avoid any additional fees. 
  • Additional Charges: If you fail to adhere to the return procedures, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred during the return process. 
  • Timely Communication: It is crucial to communicate promptly with J&A USA INC. customer service to avoid delays and potential charges.
