J&A USA, Inc. warrants the Appliance(s) as enumerated herein to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided that the Item is used in accordance with the product guideline as set forth in the manual. 

If the Product is determined to be defective in materials and workmanship, and has not been damaged as a result of misuse, misapplication or improper handling, J&A USA, Inc. will at its sole discretion, repair or replace the said Appliance(s). The warranty does not cover the freight cost to return the product. J&A USA, Inc. assumes no responsibility under this warranty for any damage to the Product prior to or during setup/installation by anyone, including, but not limited to trades people or visitors to the job site, or damage caused as a result of post setup/installation work. 

Call J&A Service, 631-243-5300, if you have any questions about the product and/or warranty. The Limited Warranty is null and void if the Product owner or his/her representative attempts to repair the Product without receiving authorization. Upon notification of an actual or possible problem, J&A USA will issue an Authorization to Proceed under the terms of the Limited Warranty subject to following conditions: 

1. The warranty of the Appliance(s) must be registered by completing and returning the attached 'Appliance Warranty Registration' card to J&A USA, Inc. within thirty days of date of purchase. Please keep your invoice because the proof of date of purchase will be required in the event of a claim. 
2. The warranty is not transferrable to the new owner. 
3. The Appliance(s) should be used strictly in accordance with its intended usage. 
4. Under no circumstances should you or anyone else tamper with or attempt to repair the Appliance(s) for this will render the warranty null and void. 
5. Use reasonable care in the operation and usage of the Appliance(s).
6. All restrictions and warnings detailed in the manual must be strictly followed. 
7. Esthetic or Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of received Otherwise warranty void.

FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING INCONVENIENCE OR LOSS OF USE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT. NO AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE OF J&A USA, INC. HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO EXTEND OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY UNLESS SUCH EXTENSION OR MODIFICATION IS MADE IN WRITING BY A CORPORATE OFFICER OF J&A USA, INC.
