J&A USA, Inc. 保证，本文所列举的设备自购买之日起 90 天内不出现材料和工艺缺陷，前提是该物品按照手册中规定的产品指南使用。 

如果产品被确定为材料和工艺缺陷，且未因误用、误用或不当处理而损坏，J&A USA, Inc. 将自行决定维修或更换上述设备。保修不涵盖退回产品的运费。根据本保修，J&A USA, Inc. 对任何人（包括但不限于现场技术人员或访客）在设置/安装之前或期间对产品造成的任何损坏，或因设置/安装后工作造成的损坏不承担任何责任。 

如果您对产品和/或保修有任何疑问，请致电 J&A 服务部，631-243-5300。如果产品所有者或其代表未经授权尝试维修产品，则有限保修无效。在收到实际或可能出现问题的通知后，J&A USA 将根据有限保修条款发出继续保修授权，但须遵守以下条件： 

  1. 必须在购买之日起三十天内填写并寄回随附的“设备保修登记”卡，以登记设备保修。请保留您的发票，因为在索赔时需要提供购买日期证明。  
  2. 此保修不可转让给新主人。  
  3. 应严格按照设备预期用途使用。  
  4. 在任何情况下，您或任何其他人均不得篡改或试图修理设备，因为这将导致保修失效。  
  5. 在操作和使用设备时应采取合理的谨慎措施。
  6. 必须严格遵守手册中详述的所有限制和警告。  
  7. 必须在收到后 7 天内报告外观损坏或隐藏损坏，否则保修失效。

J&A USA, INC. 拒绝承担本文未提供的任何保证，包括任何适销性默示保证或特定用途适用性的默示保证。J&A USA, INC. 进一步拒绝承担因拥有或使用本产品而引起的任何特殊、间接、次要、偶然或后果性损害（包括不便或使用损失）的责任。除本文件内容外，不提供任何保证。 J&A USA, INC. 的任何代理或代表均无权延长或修改本保证，除非该延长或修改由 J&A USA, INC. 的公司高管以书面形式做出。
