Chair Top and Base Limited Warranty and Return Policy

The Limited Warranty Registration Form MUST be filled out completely and received by J&A USA within 15 days of the original purchase date. This Limited Warranty is valid only when J&A USA receives a completed registration form. J&A USA Pedicure Chairs are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and J&A USA expressly warrants the pedicure chair as follows: To the original owner of the J&A Spa Service Inc.
pedicure chair, J&A USA may repair or replace, at its option, any pedicure chair found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of J&A Spa Service Inc.

This Limited Warranty covers the following:

Coverage Period
The Limited Warranty covers the first 45 days from the date of shipment from J&A USA.
Defective parts are covered for 45 days from the date of shipment from J&A USA (excluding the BOWL and UPHOLSTERY).

Labor
Labor costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty. It is at the sole discretion of J&A USA to determine whether a failure was caused by negligence, accident, improper use, improper installation, or lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the Owner’s Manual.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering of any kind.
  2. Damage due to freight, accidents, natural disasters, abuse, or misuse of the pedicure chair.
  3. Stains, fading, or discoloration of the upholstery, armrests, tray, or footrest.
  4. Fading, discoloration, or staining of the basin or any surface of the pedicure chair caused by water additives, improper water treatment (such as calcium buildup), or cleaning agents.
  5. Damage or malfunction due to improper installation, including but not limited to failure to comply with all federal, state, and local plumbing, electrical, and building codes.

 

Return Policy

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Return items must be in the original box/package and in new condition.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are shipped back to J&A USA.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
