This Limited Warranty is valid only when J&A USA receives a completed registration form. J&A USA Pedicure Chairs are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and J&A USA expressly warrants the pedicure chair as follows: To the original owner of the J&A Spa Service Inc.
pedicure chair, J&A USA may repair or replace, at its option, any pedicure chair found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of J&A Spa Service Inc.
This Limited Warranty covers the following:
Coverage Period
The Limited Warranty covers the first 45 days from the date of shipment from J&A USA.
Defective parts are covered for 45 days from the date of shipment from J&A USA (excluding the BOWL and UPHOLSTERY).
Labor
Labor costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty. It is at the sole discretion of J&A USA to determine whether a failure was caused by negligence, accident, improper use, improper installation, or lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the Owner’s Manual.
